ASSIGNMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Focus

• To create an inspiring and selling boutique environment based upon our brand identity, personal expression in colorful clothing and textiles and of course to optimize sales.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks

• In cooperation with the boutique’s management team, plan, implement and follow-up on campaigns and activities based on the given store concept and store-specific conditions.
• Train and support your colleagues in their daily work as well as actively analyze sales.
• Participate actively to positively impact sales efforts when meeting the customer by demonstrating knowledge of the product and its materials.

AUTHORITY

DIRECT: Decide on how signs can best “peak” the customer’s buying curiosity in accordance with the established store concept.

INDIRECT: Proper signage and good customer service contribute to an optimization of daily sales.

UTBILDNINGSKRAV

• Education within Visual Merchandising/Boutique Communications (YH400p), the Swedish standard or equivalent.

EXPERIECE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years documented experience working as a Visual Merchandiser/Boutique Communications (required) as well as retail sales experience.
• Experience within the fashion industry is highly merited.
• Strong PC knowledge.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is required.
• Other merited languages – German, French or Italian.

We are an international language training company offering private language classes throughout the country . Our clients, either individuals or companies, typically look for tailor made training at their homes or offices. In order to be eligible for this position, you should have a high written and oral language level and/or have a language degree and at least two years experience in teaching. You will also be required a visa/work permit if you are not a citizen.
